How do I view Occupiers?
Once you are in the correct location, select 'show occupiers' in the top left hand corner or the map, If you are a pay-as-you-go customer, a pop up appears detailing the cost to view this section of the map. Clicking 'OK' will reveal the occupiers within this section.
Will I be charged to view a section of the map again?
No. Once you have paid to view a section of the map, you will be able to view it free of charge for the next 12 months.
How do I scroll around the map?
Hold the left button of your mouse or cursor and drag the map around to re-position.
Why are some properties not filled in yellow?
If a property is not highlighted in yellow it could either be residential or that we don’t yet hold the occupier data for that unit. These buildings can still be edited allowing you to add text and colour.

How do I add a building split?
Choose the ‘split building’ tool. Left click once outside of the building you are amending to begin the split. Position the split accordingly and then double click outside of the other end of the building to anchor in place.
How can I merge two adjacent occupiers on my map together?
Select the edit tool, left click on the first building, hold down shift and left click on the next building. A new tool will appear on the left called 'merge two buildings'. Click this and your buildings will merge.
How do I fill a pedestrianised zone?
Select the ‘feature fill’ tool and left click within the area you would like to highlight. That portion will be filled with a light grey colour to identify it as pedestrianised.
How do I add a text box?
Select the ‘text’ tool. Left click once on your map to begin the text box and double click to anchor it. The copy itself can be added in the ‘text’ section of the navigation pane on the left hand side of your screen.
How do I move a text box?
Select 'edit' and click on your text box. Hold down the left button on your mouse and drag the text box to re-position.
How do I select a property?
Select the ‘edit’ tool and left click on your property. A red dashed border will appear around it to indicate it has been selected.
Is there an undo button?
We are still working on this feature. You can however press backspace when drawing a building split to undo your last move.
Can I change the font size of my text?
Yes. Select 'edit' and click on the occupier. Additional edit options will appear in the navigation pane on the left hand side. Increase or decrease the number in the 'size' section to change.
Can I change the colour of my text?
Yes. Select 'edit' and click on the occupier. Additional edit options will appear in the navigation pane on the left hand side. Click on the black rectangle under the 'colour' section. This will show a colour pallet. Choose the new colour here.
Can I change the fill colour of a building?
Yes. Select 'edit' and click on the building. Additional edit options will appear in the navigation pane on the left hand side. Scroll down until you see the 'fill' option. Clicking on the coloured rectangle shows a colour pallet. Choose your new colour here.

What does 'save edits to company profile' mean?
When this toggle is 'on' any changes / additions you make to occupiers, street names, building splits and text boxes will be saved and visible to all users within your company. Changes made without this being turned on will revert once a plan has been created.
How do I save edits to my company profile?
Ensure the 'save on company profile' toggle is enabled and hit the green save button after you've made any changes.
How do I move my occupier text?
Use the edit tool to select the relevant occupier. In the navigation pane 'rotate' and 'offset' options will appear. Use these slide bars to adjust the positioning of the occupier.
How do I remove an occupier name?
Select 'edit' and click on the occupier. Additional edit options will appear in your navigation pane on the left hand side. Underneath the occupier there is a red dustbin icon. Clicking on this will delete the occupier.

How long does the license last on my plans?
The license on all plans is 12 months from the date of purchase.
The occupier information is out of date?
Please contact us on occupiers@edozo.com providing the location details and we will research the area as a priority.
What Occupier information do you provide?
We have UK wide occupier data for retail, leisure, industrial and office occupiers.

How do I move a print frame?
Left click on the print frame to activate (it will change from black to red). Next hold down the left button on your mouse or cursor and drag the print frame to your desired portion of the map.
Can I edit a plan after download?
Yes, you just need to select the green pencil tool to the right of your plan so that it reopens. You can then edit your map using the tools on the left hand side.
