What do the different colour pins represent?
We categorise our data into 3 groups.
- Pink - Your deals. These have been supplied and completed by you or others within your company.
- Orange - Transacted data. This comes from a variety of sources in the market with many deals researched by our in-house team of research experts.
- Green - availability.
What does each data source mean?
- My Comps: Deals done by you or your team (only visible to you and your team unless agreed otherwise)
- 3rd Party Comps: Deals completed outside of your organisation that you have added (visible to only you and your team)
- Edozo Comps: Transacted deals
- Edozo Deal Notes: Probable deals (property was marketed)
- Auction Comps: Auction deals (you will only have access to these if you have an EIG subscription)
- LR Commercial: Commerical leasehold and freehold transactions registered with the LR
- LR Residential: Residential leasehold and long freehold transactions registered with the LR
- BTR/PBSA: Build-to-rent and purpose-build-student-accomodation buildings across the UK
- Quoting rent/prices: Current availability
How do I get an EIG Auctions license?

How do I search within a certain radius?
Clicking on the grey pin to the right of the search box will show you your radius options. Click on the relevant one and the search will update accordingly.
How do I filter for specific comps?
Select the ‘filter source’ option which is found at the top of the list on the left-hand side of your page. This will display a key detailing the different data sets. Clicking on the options in the key will select / unselect them from your view.
How do I refine my search?
Use the filters at the top of the page to ensure the data shown is relevant to the job you are working on. You can filter by type, price, size and date.

How do I upload my own comps?
You can upload comps yourself by selecting the ‘my comps’ tab at the top of the page. Here you will see the ‘upload a comp’ option. Follow the steps provided to add your data. Alternatively, our in-house data team can on-board them for you. Send the necessary information to data@edozo.com and the team will be happy to upload them on your behalf.
Exporting the data

How do I export the data?
Use the tick box option to the left of the list view to select the comps you want to include. Once this is done, click on the green 'export' option at the top of the list. This will export all chosen comps into an excel document.
What format can I export the data in?
At present you can export multiple data points to an excel csv file. We are working on a Word and PDF export.

How do I draw the area I want to search?
Select 'draw area' and left click on the map to begin drawing. Left click every time you want to add a point to your shape. Double click to close.
How do I expand the list view?
Select the green arrow pointing to the right on the right of your list view.
What does Lease Events show?
Lease events provides an automated, date ordered list of future lease events. It will only be populated if you have supplied your own deal or third party data as the necessary details are extracted from this information.
What does My Comps show?
This is a list containing all of the comps you have added to the system. You can export the data from here to a Scheule of Evidence.
