We are taking you behind the scenes of edozo and introducing our team members, some might sound familiar to you and some others not, but they are all equally important and doing a phenomenal job. Let's get to know the heroes behind edozo.
Hi, I'm Natasha and I'm the customer success manager at Edozo. If you ever call up with any questions or queries, you’ll most likely come through to me. I also do most training sessions along with my colleague Lois, so I'll probably have spoken to most of you at some point!
What do you like about edozo?
I know everyone says the same thing, but definitely the team. We all work really well together and support each other in any way we can. We have great fun at socials and there’s always something to have a laugh about during the week which is good fun.
How do you spend your weekends?
My weekends go one of two ways usually. Either I spend the weekend doing nothing (and I mean literally watching Netflix, going on walks and doing facemasks), or I try and explore a part of England I know little about. I recently went up to Whitstable for the day and although it was a long drive up, it was worth it for the oysters!
What’s the weirdest food you’ve ever eaten and where was that?
The weirdest food I've ever eaten has to be Crocodile. I travelled around Zambia for 3 months back in 2018 and lived on a Crocodile farm for most of my time there. I am absolutely petrified of Crocodiles, so I can’t say I particularly enjoyed the taste!
If you could choose a superpower, what would it be and how would you use it?
I would have to choose the ability to turn invisible. I love the idea of being able to sneak my way into events or conversations and not be spotted. It would also be great for rush hour. Not having to be squashed in between strangers with armpits in my face sounds a dream!
What’s one thing you’re learning now, and why is it important?
I’m currently learning more about yoga and meditation. It’s such a great way to unwind after a busy day. I feel like my brain is always working at 100mph and even when I'm trying to fall asleep, I'm thinking about so many random things. I can really keep myself up just asking questions about how the universe works... It drives me mad.
